About Nations Without Borders
Welcome to Nations Without Borders, the first and only non-governmental organization representing cyber nation-states that exercise their sovereignty in cyberspace and promoting their recognition and representation in the international community. Our organization is dedicated to promoting the interests and rights of these unique entities, and to fostering collaboration and cooperation among them. Our mission is to create a more inclusive and equitable world, where cyber nation-states are respected and included as equal members of the global community.
Our members are a diverse group of cyber nation-states, each with its own unique culture and identity, contributing to the richness and diversity of cyberspace. These nations may not have a physical territory, but their presence in cyberspace is no less real or significant. Through our work, we seek to raise awareness of the importance of recognizing and respecting the sovereignty of these cyber nation-states, and to promote their inclusion and representation in the international community.
At Nations Without Borders, we believe that the internet, and cyberspace generally, have the power to bring people together, break down barriers, and create new opportunities for collaboration and innovation. We are committed to leveraging this power to support the development and growth of cyber nation-states, and to create a more inclusive and equitable cyberspace for all.
Through our advocacy, research, and outreach efforts, we seek to amplify the voices of cyber nation-states, and to promote understanding and cooperation among all stakeholders in the cyberspace world.

Inclusivity
Nations Without Borders is committed to representing all cyber nation-states, regardless of their size, location or lack thereof, or ideology. We strive to create an inclusive and diverse community that respects and values different perspectives and beliefs.
Sovereignty
Nations Without Borders recognizes the sovereignty of cyber nation-states in cyberspace. We believe that every cyber nation-state has the right to exercise its sovereignty in cyberspace, and that its contributions to cyberspace should be recognized and valued.
Transparency
Nations Without Borders is committed to transparency and openness in all of its operations. We will communicate clearly and honestly with our members, partners, and stakeholders, and seek to foster a culture of trust and accountability.
Mutual Respect
Nations Without Borders values mutual respect and understanding among all of its members and stakeholders. We will seek to promote dialogue, collaboration, and cooperation, and to foster a culture of respect for different opinions, cultures, and identities.
Absolute Pacifism
Nations Without Borders is committed to absolute pacifism, non-violence and the peaceful resolution of conflicts. We believe that disputes among cyber nation-states should be resolved through peaceful means, and that all parties should work towards a common goal of creating a better and more inclusive cyberspace.
We believe that these principles are in alignment with the values of individuals and communities around the world. We hope that this charter will serve as a foundation for the work of Nations Without Borders and that it will be embraced by our members and stakeholders around the world.
Nations Without Borders Membership
Thank you for your interest in joining Nations Without Borders, the premier organization representing cyber nation-states in cyberspace. Our mission is to promote the recognition and respect of cyber sovereignty, to advocate for an inclusive and equitable cyberspace, and to provide resources and support to our members to help them thrive in cyberspace.
We welcome applications from all cyber nation-states that meet the following criteria:
- Cyber Sovereignty - Applicants must be a cyber nation-state, exercising their sovereignty in cyberspace,
- Alignment with our Principles - Applicants must agree with our charter, which is based on the principles of inclusivity, transparency, mutual respect, and absolute pacifism,
- Commitment to the Mission - Applicants must be committed to advancing the mission of Nations Without Borders, and to working collaboratively with other members to promote the recognition and respect of cyber sovereignty, and to advocate for an inclusive and equitable cyberspace.
If your cyber nation-state meets these criteria, we invite you to submit an application for membership to Nations Without Borders. Our application process includes a review of your cyber nation-state's identity and culture, as well as an assessment of your commitment to our mission and principles.
We believe that every cyber nation-state has a unique identity and culture, and we look forward to learning more about yours. Together, we can build a stronger, more inclusive, and more equitable world for all.
